Project start: Autumn 2023.

The project puts Arctic perspectives on the world map when it comes to well-being and sustainability. It is inspired by a journey around the Nordic and Arctic regions (2021-2022), where the project team has collected personal stories about people’s view of nature and the role of nature in people's life.

The ambition of this new project is to develop a leadership method based on the perspectives of the people who live in the Arctic. A method that can be put into practice, e.g., in public or private organizations. The core of the project is co-creation and the cooperation with local people. We will work with the method True Storytelling and its 7 principles, which are based on indigenous storytelling traditions. The method ensures a focused development of the new leadership method that the participants in the network develop together.
